Originating from our own experience with breast cancer in 2003, we became aware that surviving cancer requires not just physical stamina, but ALSO time to process the many emotional and spiritual challenges it brings.
We have created a place where people diagnosed with cancer come together to deal with the difficult aspects of cancer, meet others and find strength. We also work with them to reduce stress, reconnect with their sense of excitement, and have FUN so they are re-energized for their next step forward.

I strive to embrace life's simplicity. This comes from an eclectic background with 20 years as a negotiator, lawyer, and Fortune 500 manager, and more recently, breast cancer survivor, yoga therapist, and ordained minister.
In my role as a

Like Shannon I come with a wide array of talents from my Engineering and computer background to skills in more creative endeavors like carpentry, landscape design, nature photography, and Conga drumming.
We are both outdoor enthusiasts and believe in the rejuvenating power of nature. Most important, however, is our joint belief in the power of helping other people.
I truly believe that the positive impact you have on another is returned to you ten fold. I have been positively impacted by so many wonderful people in my life - now its my turn to return the favor.
