Cancer Wellness Retreats

Dealing with cancer is tough.

It is not only physically exhausting, but emotionally and spiritually challenging as well.

Focusing on the whole person, we offer a mountain retreat get-away for those living with cancer. Wind River Wellness Cancer Retreats are offered to participants FREE of charge.

Our participants are in active treatment, facing advanced cancers, or confronting a recurrence. Some participants are up to a year out of treatment. We strive to bring a mix of men & women, various types of cancer & stages, and while many of our participants are from theCarolina's, we do welcome participant's nation-wide.

Shannon and I are pleased to say we held FIVE Wind River Cancer Wellness Retreats in 2008 including 49 participants whom we affectionately call "alumni" of Wind River .

One alumni called it the “stepping stone” she needed to move forward on her quest to live healthier and happier.
